Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

How to Cancel:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to Settings → Billing
  • Click “Cancel Subscription”
  • Follow the confirmation steps

2. Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. Our refund policy varies depending on your subscription type and circumstances.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

All new subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with our service within the first 30 days, we’ll provide a full refund.

Eligible for Refund:

  • Technical issues preventing service use
  • Service not meeting advertised features
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Cancellation within 30 days of initial purchase

Not Eligible for Refund:

  • Change of mind after 30 days
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Violation of terms of service
  • Partial month usage (monthly subscriptions)

3. Processing Time

Refund processing times vary by payment method:

  • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days

4. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds based on usage and time remaining in your billing period. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Free Trial Cancellation

Free trials can be cancelled at any time before the trial period ends. No charges will be applied if cancelled during the trial period.

6. Downgrade Policy

Instead of cancellation, you may choose to downgrade your plan:

  • Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle
  • No refund for the current billing period
  • Feature access adjusts to new plan level

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include your account email and reason for refund
  3. Provide any relevant details or documentation
  4. Allow 2-3 business days for initial response

8. Dispute Resolution

If you’re not satisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter through your payment provider’s dispute resolution process.

9. Account Termination

Upon cancellation and any applicable refund, your account will be deactivated. You’ll have 30 days to download any remaining data before permanent deletion.
